All purchases whether or not made through this website are a contract between the purchaser and Orange AV.

Ordering
You can order using this website
When ordering select the category you are looking for from the options at the top of each page.
You can pay securely using your debit or credit card
We will confirm receipt of your order by email but this email will not constitute acceptance of your order. We will confirm your order at the time we dispatch the ordered products to you.
Payment
Payment options will be shown at the time of payment. All options may not be available at any particular time.
All credit and debit card payments made through this website are securely handled on our behalf by Stripe.
Trade Accounts
Orange AV supply both retail and trade customers.
Trade customers will be required to open an on-line account before ordering.
Only businesses requiring Audio-Visual equipment as part of their business activities will be considered for a trade account.
DELIVERY
Delivery charges, where applicable, will depend on the type and quantity of goods ordered. Delivery to some locations may attract an additional delivery charge. Delivery charges together with any delivery options will be shown before you commit to buy.
While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure that any quoted delivery times are met, we cannot be responsible for delays however caused.
RETURNS
Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Goods - Retail Customers
If an item is received damaged, is not as described, or is found to be faulty within 30 (Thirty) days of receipt, then you can return the item for a refund or replacement.
If we provide a refund then we will refund any delivery charges paid.
We will also refund any costs reasonably incurred returning the item.
After 30 and up to 12 months, you can still return the goods if they are faulty. In this case we may, at our option, repair or replace the goods, or offer a refund.
Other Returns - Retail Customers
You can cancel your order at any time within 14 (Fourteen) days of receiving your order.
You can receive a refund of the cost of the goods ordered plus the cheapest delivery charge option, where a delivery charge has been paid. If you choose to upgrade your delivery at additional cost then that additional cost is not refundable.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Goods returned must be in the condition they were recieved, unused and with their original packaging.
Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of the date we receive notice of your intent to cancel. Refunds will not be given until the order has been returned.
Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.
You do not have to give a reason for your cancellation but a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.
Returns - Trade Customers
Returns from trade customers will only be accepted if the goods are received are damaged or faulty.
We must be notified of any damage within 48 hours of receipt.
We must be informed of faults within a reasonable time after receipt.
Returns Procedure
You must inform us of your wish to return any goods using the contact form on the Contact Us page of this website.
We will either arrange for the goods to be collected from you or we will send full details of the return address.
Returned goods must be received by us within 14 days of the date we receive notice of your intent to to return them.
